Yes there are less than 100 days to go, and Aloe Ridge is prepared!
As you can see we are an Official Accommodation provider.
We are registered and MATCH (the FIFA accommodation organiser) has an allocation of rooms, but we still have a number of vacancies so either contact us or MATCH directly and we will see what can be done. Whatever way you choose to go we will charge the same price.
Geoff Lockwood was a visitor over the weekend as part of a Bird ID course he gave to the Barberton Bird Club. He took us out walking on the farm and as ever the place did us proud with more than 70 species identified in a couple of hours; including some ‘new on the farm’ species – Red-faced Cisticola & Marsh Warbler. That brings our ‘farm list’ to 240! We have a number of different habitats that we walk through and that increases the species likely to be seen. He will be adding the list to the SABAP 2 project.
That’s all for this update; keep looking for further updates from us at Aloe Ridge.
